Goto the help desk at http://www.easy123.com.my 



If you are a first-time user, click on SIGN UPelse click on LOGIN. 


Login with your registered email address and password then click Login.


If you initially registered using Google / Facebook account, then click on the Google / Facebook button.



After successful login, you will be redirected to the dashboard of the HELP DESK.


Click the New Support Ticket button to create the new ticket.


Provide the require information in the form, and describe the details in the Description column.


You may provide a supporting screenshot or documents by click on "+Attach a file".


Click Submit to create the ticket.





After you successfully create a ticket, an email about notification will be sent thru the email you have sign in. Click the Ticket URL for the follow-up quick link.
